Recording mechanism
1. The recording mechanism should be a liquid crystal display (LCD) with a 6-digit or more numeric display for kWh, including 1 decimal place. The width of the digits should be mm, with a width of 5 mm.  
2. The LCD display should be of good quality and should not be damaged during the meter's service life. The displayed values should be clear and have good contrast with the background. Under normal temperature and humidity conditions, the expected lifespan of the LCD should be 15 years.  
3. The LCD should have a backlit display to facilitate reading display parameters under low-light conditions. The 7-segment LCD should accurately display the cumulative active energy of the maximum demand.  
4. The LCD should be configurable to operate even without the main power supply, i.e., even in the event of a power outage, the meter reading can be read by pressing or touching a button or any other method. For this purpose, the meter should be equipped with a non-rechargeable, maintenance-free lithium battery to display the register values when the main power supply is interrupted. The battery also supports real-time locking functionality. The battery life should be 15 years, with a minimum capacity of 1,600 mAh. Battery life and capacity should be supported by test reports.
